Studio Etiquette
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. As a private 1-on-1 studio, early entry may disrupt an active treatment ritual.
Pre-Treatment Care
Discontinue active exfoliants (AHAs, BHAs, retinoids, prescription Tretinoin) at least 72 hours prior to clinical facials and microneedling.
Rescheduling Policy
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow clients on our waiting list access to studio time.
